Are all of your leases annual, or do you rent by semester?
All of our leases are an annual contract from August to August. We do not rent by the semester. Our residents have to sell their contracts to get out of them early.
When do you do your leases for the Fall semester?
Contracts are renewed in January for the Fall school year. We open our leases to the general public in mid February.
If I buy a contract does that guarantee I will get the room of the person selling it to me?
No. You are not guaranteed any specific apartment or room. You can email us and make a request once you have signed your lease.
Can I get into the same apartment with my friend?
We will make every effort to get everyone where they want to be, however there may be some instances where we can not make it happen right away. We work really hard to make sure your living experience at The Isles is positive. However, we do have to take everyone's wants and requests into consideration.
What is the rent for the 2026-2027 school year?
Rent is going to be $710 for Private Room and $675 for a shared.
Communication fee for TV and Internet is $20
Utilities are generally $50/mo. and are metered by individual apartment
Parking is additional and based upon availability. $80/mo.
